LaMont  & Sharon were married and began serving together in ministry in 1988.  Answering the call as ministry leaders they have been catalyst for  excellence in helps ministry, worship and business.

LaMont’s call as a pastoral leader motivates kingdom change in churches and communities. His musical talents and collaboration on Hosanna projects, conducting seminars, coaching and mentoring ministerial leaders inspires a deeper personal relationship with God and ignites the corporate worship experience.

It has been Sharon’s honor to impact and motivate audiences as she share dynamic messages of Commanded Blessing and Authority.  In business, she is sought among thought leaders for concepts of financial management, corporate strategy, and evaluating organizational performance through practical experience proven as an Accountant, Executive Financial Director, Executive Treasury Director and Chief Financial Officer.
